Purpose of the Research
This research project is conducted to:
Study the health status in the university using the AUN Healthy University Framework (HUF)
Study the basic factors of health promotion to create the Health Profile of the university, covering the following information:
Nutrition status (weight, height, waist circumference)
Blood pressure
Eating behavior
Exercise behavior
Stress levels
Sleep duration
Smoking/alcohol consumption
Chronic illnesses
Reason for Inviting You to Participate
You are invited to participate in this research because you meet the following criteria:
First-year student
Faculty/staff of Rangsit University
Have passed the annual health checkup
Research Process
If you decide to participate in the research, the data collection process will proceed as follows:
The researcher will introduce themselves and explain the purpose of the project, as well as the data collection process.
You will receive one questionnaire covering the following information:
Personal information (e.g., age, gender, health status)
Health behavior information such as eating habits, exercise, stress levels, sleep, etc.
The questionnaire will take no longer than 40 minutes to complete. The researcher will check to ensure your answers are complete.
Your Rights and Risks in Participating in the Research
You have the right to refuse to answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable or uneasy.
You may withdraw from the research at any time without affecting your rights or the care you are entitled to.
If you feel unwell during the research, you can inform the researcher immediately to receive assistance.
Your data will be kept confidential, and results will be reported in aggregate form only.
Benefits You May Receive
Participating in this project may help you become more aware of your health and improve your health behaviors.
The data from this research will contribute to the development of health promotion strategies for the university and the community.

This research project has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Rangsit University.
